Responsibilities

• Lead global legal and compliance strategy
• Oversee corporate governance structures and processes
• Act as a key advisor to Board and executive leadership

• Modernize legal operations and drive cultural transformation

Qualifications

• JD degree with active U.S. state bar membership
• 20+ years in progressive legal leadership roles
• Expertise in U.S. corporate law and governance
• Experience in multinational environments
• Proven success in enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong background in complex, multinational corporate governance
• Significant experience in strategic transactions like M&A

$281,250 – $412,500 annually
