Job Description
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage broad range of litigation, regulatory enforcement and investigations matters from inception through resolution
- Oversee outside counsel, including scoping work and budgeting
- Advise internal clients on strategy and efficient resolution of disputes and regulatory matters
- Manage wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of litigation and investigations processes, including knowledge management, reporting and use of technology
Qualifications
The candidate will have a J.D. and ideally 8+ years of experience working at a leading U.S. law firm and/or in-house department focused on litigation and investigations.
The attorney would be a part of a highly collaborative, global legal group and work closely with investment and corporate professionals across the firm.
Must be a team player, willing to roll up sleeves and work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
Experience to exercise exceptional judgment, communicate succinctly, manage stakeholders, build consensus and independently manage projects essential.
Additional Information
Expected annual base salary range: $225,000 - $275,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
