SVP, Integrated Early Development & Clinical Solutions

Responsibilities

• Build a high-velocity early-development advisory and execution model offering tailored, flexible engagement frameworks for partners ranging from VC-backed biotechs to multinational pharma.
• Serve as the senior executive sponsor for global clients and investors, driving cross-functional governance to enable partners to hit critical value-creation milestones faster.
• Define and govern end-to-end development plans (Discovery Integration, Translational Safety/Tox, Regulatory Strategy, and Early Clinical Operations) while providing overarching strategic direction to WuXi’s dedicated CMC execution teams.
• Maximize China Ecosystem Synergy: Identify, architect, and scale models that seamlessly integrate WuXi’s robust CMC infrastructure with China’s broader CRO ecosystem and clinical trial capabilities to maximize capital efficiency, accelerate client timelines, and drive sustained company growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ Years of Leadership Experience: Biopharma executive with a proven track record of steering biotherapeutic programs from candidate nomination to Phase 1/2 clinical PoC.
• Strategic & Scientific Mastery: Deep expertise in novel biologics modalities (e.g., mAbs, bispecifics, ADCs, T-cell engagers), translational medicine, and global IND/CTA filings, backed by a strong high-level understanding of CMC milestones.
• Global Executive Stature: cross-cultural agility to connect global client vision with China-based operational teams
