About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a development lifecycle ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery through project management
  • Conduct technical and cost feasibility assessments for potential development sites
  • Establish systems for new location development and market entry with clarity and consistency
  • Manage the global development budget, implementing cost management practices to achieve build cost goals
  • Oversee a multi-site project pipeline, ensuring adherence to timelines by working with internal and external teams
  • Direct a network of designers and contractors, holding them accountable to brand and budget standards
  • Communicate cross-functionally and provide updates on project health to leadership and the board

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in real estate development and construction in hospitality/retail sectors
  • Strong background in engineering or architecture with expertise in structural and site infrastructure systems
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management frameworks in construction and development contexts
  • Expert budget management skills, treating capital expenditure with operational rigor
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders and executives
  • Proven track record of driving results in a matrixed corporate structure
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
