- Drive scalability: Build technology architectures that scale with the business and enable rapid innovation and growth.
- Create value: Develop technology strategies that directly contribute to long-term revenue growth and market differentiation.
- AI Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, ethical standards, compliance requirements, and long-term workforce impact.

Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred.
Professional Experience
- 15+ years of technology leadership, including experience driving enterprise-level digital transformation.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing disruptive technology strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex organizations through periods of significant change and innovation.
