Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Disrupt and innovate: Challenge existing IT norms and processes, delivering bold, transformational strategies that position the organization as a technology leader.
  • Lead digital transformation: Design and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to support organic business growth and operational excellence.
  • Embrace cutting-edge technology: Leverage SaaS platforms, AI, data-driven decision-making tools, and emerging technologies to create a future-ready organization.
  • Drive scalability: Build technology architectures that scale with the business and enable rapid innovation and growth.
  • Create value: Develop technology strategies that directly contribute to long-term revenue growth and market differentiation.
  • AI Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, ethical standards, compliance requirements, and long-term workforce impact.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of disruption: Empower teams to take risks, embrace failure, and think creatively to solve complex challenges.
  • Strategic partnerships: Cultivate relationships with technology innovators, thought leaders, and emerging startups to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred.

Professional Experience

  • 15+ years of technology leadership, including experience driving enterprise-level digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing disruptive technology strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex organizations through periods of significant change and innovation.
