For our client, we are seeking a SVP Head Of Real Estate - West Coast to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $275,000 – $285,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the west coast commercial real estate strategy aligned with growth objectives Identify market opportunities and emerging trends for expansion and investment Provide recommendations on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development Oversee the performance and optimization of the west coast real estate portfolio Lead complex lending negotiations and property development agreements Manage real estate development projects from site selection to occupancy Prepare and manage real estate budgets and conduct financial analyses Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field 10+ years of progressive real estate leadership experience 5+ years managing large-scale real estate portfolios and teams Extensive experience in acquisitions, leasing, development, and portfolio management Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and negotiation skills Deep knowledge of California commercial real estate markets Benefits Hybrid work model with an office location in Sherman Oaks, CA Opportunities for professional development and team leadership Involvement in significant projects that impact California markets Collaborative culture with executive leadership and other departments Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
