Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee advisor compensation operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Manage service delivery across multiple channels and offshore partners, meeting SLAs and enhancing client experience.
- Drive organizational change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and maintain strong internal controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compliance on compensation policies and audits.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and performance reporting using data-driven insights.
- Represent Operations in firm-wide initiatives, regulatory engagements, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and retain top talent across geographically dispersed teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years in financial services with deep expertise in advisor compensation, broker-dealer operations, and wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven success in transformation leadership, change management, and employee engagement.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
- Expertise in compensation structures and regulatory compliance.
Pay
Pay Range: $186,430.00 - $310,751.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
