SVP Group Strategy Director

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a SVP Group Strategy Director to drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on key initiatives. This role partners with senior leaders to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action, strengthening operating cadence and enterprise execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic visions for client projects
• Orchestrate actionable and culturally relevant ideas that drive impact
• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients and integrated teams
• Participate in new business pitches with minimal oversight
• Mentor and manage a diverse group of strategists

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including agency background
• Proven track record of innovative and creative thinking
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Culturally aware and informed strategist
• Ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams

Pay

$220,000 – $240,000 annually
