SVP, Field Technology Solutions - Wealth Management

A bit about us:

Founded nearly 15 years ago, we are a technology-enabled wealth management platform that empowers independent financial advisory firms to better serve high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients through an integrated suite of software, data, and business services.

About the role

You will be an integral part of ensuring our firm can scale high-quality support, onboarding, training and adoption for clients utilizing the various advisor technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless onboarding and training for clients using our technology platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on performance reporting software and financial planning software.
• Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and adoption rates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management technology, client enablement, and platform leadership.
• Deep expertise with performance reporting software and/or financial planning software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Knowledge of wealth management technology platforms.
• Experience with performance reporting and financial planning software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
