SVP, Experience Strategy & Studio - Experience Design

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Experience Strategy & Studio - Experience Design to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This senior leadership role will shape enterprise-wide experience strategy and guide the evolution of product experiences across a complex portfolio. The position will partner closely with executive leaders, engineering, and multidisciplinary creative teams to connect customer insight, business opportunity, and design vision. It will also influence how human-agent collaboration and AI-native experiences come together in ways that improve outcomes across the organization. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise experience strategy with senior leaders across the organization
• Identify significant customer and business opportunities across product boundaries
• Translate market insights and emerging behaviors into product choices
• Define innovative models for collaboration across products and tools
• Lead major cross-functional experience initiatives from concept to production
• Direct multidisciplinary efforts in product and service design
• Use customer insights to inform strategy and challenge existing assumptions

Qualifications

• 7+ years in experience/product design or multidisciplinary creative leadership roles
• Proven track record in enterprise or portfolio strategy collaboration with senior executives
• Expertise in designing for human-agent collaboration and AI-native products
• Strong systems thinking ability connecting product experiences with business outcomes
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering on product feasibility
• Experience recruiting and developing high-level design talent
• Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed critique

Pay

Compensation: $399,000 – $453,000 annually
