About the role

The SVP, Digital Media Growth & Partnerships will serve as the commercial architect and leader of sourcing new revenue. This is a strategic player-coach role responsible for driving revenue directly while building a repeatable go-to-market motion and commercial infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in digital media, ad tech, programmatic, agency trading, retail media, or platform sales leadership.
• Experience at organizations such as The Trade Desk, Magnite, PubMatic, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Yahoo DSP, DV360 ecosystem, Criteo, LiveRamp, or major agency holding companies.
• Strong understanding of both supply-side and demand-side economics.
• Track record of building net-new revenue channels or scaling commercial teams.
• Established network across agencies, media buyers, brands, procurement, and platform partnerships.
• Ability to operate in entrepreneurial environments and build process from scratch.

Pay

The salary for this role is $175,000. The successful candidate's salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
