Sustaining Test Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Captures production test equipment
• Qualifies and characterizes test equipment
• Installs hardware and software updates
• Proposes custom tooling improvements
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities
• Reviews engineering design drawings and DFX reports
• Develops product-specific test programs
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on corrective actions
• Develops preventative maintenance and calibration procedures
• Analyzes line return information
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electronics manufacturing experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Master of advanced technologies and applications
• Expertise in programming/script languages including BASH, C, C++, Expect, Java, Python & Ruby, Versed in Docker, Linux, & VMware
