Sustaining Quality Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of product, process, supplier, and customer quality issues, ensuring effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely closure.
- Drive quality improvements by analyzing trends, performance metrics, customer feedback, supplier performance, and COPQ data to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability, reduce defects, and enhance overall product quality.
- Manage customer quality concerns, complaints, RMAs, and escalations to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee supplier quality performance, including supplier nonconformances, corrective actions, development activities, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Utilize quality tools and data analysis techniques, including SPC, MSA, and risk-based methodologies, to drive process improvement and operational excellence.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits while ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- AQSC CQE, CMQ/OE, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar continuous improvement certification preferred.
- Experience with SPC, MSA, process capability analysis, and data analytics tools such as Power BI preferred.

Pay
Pay range: $114,380 - $137,000 annually, depending on experience.
