Nintendo of America Inc. is dedicated to creating unique entertainment experiences. We partner with Nintendo Co., Ltd. to bring iconic franchises such as Mario™, Donkey Kong™, The Legend of Zelda™, Metroid™, Animal Crossing™, Pikmin™, and Splatoon™ to the Americas through video games, hardware systems, and other entertainment initiatives.

Description of duties

  • Facilitate effective communication with internal business teams and external partners.
  • Work with Nintendo’s global business partners to obtain information to support sustainability programs, including manufacturing facility information and audit reports.
  • Conduct analysis of sustainability information including environmental data and factory audit reports.
  • Create reports and provide recommendations to enable management to make key decisions in support of sustainability programs.
  • Effectively manage reviews and deadlines across multiple business partners.
  • Partner with third-party audit firms in scheduling and executing Nintendo-directed audits.
  • Develop effective partnerships with internal business teams to ensure sustainability program goals are met.
  • Conduct research and develop processes to support the growth of sustainability programs.
  • Provide project support and complete assignments aligned with Nintendo’s sustainability initiatives and goals.

Summary of requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience coordinating responsible sourcing, environmental, or other sustainability programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of Corporate Sustainability Reporting, Responsible Sourcing, Environmental Social & Governance (ESG), and related topics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Mid-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet.
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with conflicts and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay range for this role is not specified.

Schedule

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
