Responsibilities
- Help implement Sustainability programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Support Sustainability projects, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and carbon footprint reduction.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders, including annual sustainability reports.
- Track progress towards Sustainability goals and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Document sustainable sourcing policies and supplier assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier compliance with sustainability standards.
- Work with procurement and supply chain teams to enhance the sustainability of products and services.
- Participate in cross-functional teams focused on Sustainability projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of job-related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

- Occasional exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and other conditions associated with a high-traffic production floor.
- Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
- Bending, crouching, and stooping may be required.
- Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled facilities.
- The work environment may be a noisy, high traffic manufacturing production floor.
- May be required to work a flexible schedule to include evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
