We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Physical/Mental Requirements", "Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements", "Other Job Details", "Last Date to Apply", "Referral Bonus Eligibility", "Eligible for Relocation Package", "Work Location Assignment", etc unless they contain substantive info like Pay, Benefits, Schedule. We need to extract relevant info. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: Role Summary: description of team and role. That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

About the role

with

containing that summary. Next: "Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs, including Scope 3 emissions reduction, sustainable sourcing, biodiversity and nature, product sustainability, and responsible supply chain initiatives." That's responsibilities. Then bullet list of responsibilities: Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program..., Partner with External Supply..., Develop, monitor..., Facilitate cross-functional teams..., Monitor voluntary frameworks..., Implement a framework..., Develop and implement sustainability-related governance..., Develop sustainability guidance..., Research and evaluate..., Represent Pfizer..., Serve as an environmental sustainability subject matter expert... These are responsibilities. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each. Next: "Basic Qualifications" list: Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience. Experienced in supporting the development of corporate sustainability programs from strategy through execution in a large, complex, matrixed organization. Possesses technical knowledge and expertise across multiple sustainability domains: climate / greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, scope 3 / supply chain emissions reductions approaches; nature and biodiversity frameworks and emerging product sustainability regulations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Strong analytical and data management skills Operates with minimal supervision and oversight Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate scientific and technical content into executive-ready narratives for internal and external audiences Experience developing and delivering training programs and sustainability playbooks to technical audiences These are qualifications/requirements. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = basic qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications, Skills = maybe specific skills. We have Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications sections. Also there is a list of capabilities under "Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact." That could be Skills. Thus: -

    Requirements

    for Basic Qualifications. -

    Qualifications

    for Preferred Qualifications. -

    Skills

for the leadership capabilities list (maybe also include some skills from basic qualifications like analytical, communication, etc). But we should not duplicate. We'll put leadership capabilities under Skills. Now Benefits: The posting mentions: "We offer comprehensive and generous benefits and programs to help our colleagues lead healthy lives and to support each of life’s moments. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage." Also mention "Learn more at Pfizer Candidate Site – U.S. Benefits | (uscandidates.mypfizerbenefits.com)." That's benefits. So we include Benefits section. Pay: The posting includes salary range: "The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program." Also mentions Tampa, FL range. Also note about relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility. Also mention "U.S. work visa sponsorship ... is not available". That's not pay. We'll include Pay section with salary range and bonus target and long term incentive. Schedule: The posting includes "Hybrid" work location, but schedule? There's "Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements Ability to travel domestically and internationally (estimated to be Ability to work outside standard working hours at times (early mornings / evenings) to manage geographically diverse relationships; and maintain communications / networks across a global network". That's schedule/travel. So we can include Schedule section with hybrid work location, travel expectations, ability to work outside standard hours. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. Not include headings for Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll have:

But note: The last bullet about leadership capabilities could be Skills. However we already used it under Qualifications. Might be better to move that to Skills. Let's decide: The instruction says we can have Skills section. We'll put leadership capabilities there. Also we might include some skills from basic qualifications like analytical, communication, etc. But those are already in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we can keep Skills as the leadership capabilities list. Thus:

    Skills

    • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers.
    • Develop and coach others.
    • Oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
But the original text: "Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact." We'll split. Now Benefits:

    • Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.

We could also mention the link but that's just reference; we can omit as it's not substantive detail? It's a reference to learn more; but it's still info. Might include as a link? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive? It's a pointer to more info. Could include as

Learn more at Pfizer Candidate Site – U.S. Benefits | (uscandidates.mypfizerbenefits.com).

but that's like a reference. Might be okay. However it's not a list; we can put as
