• Work closely with the Parkhurst management team by calling out standard operating procedures that could be adjusted to be more environmentally friendly.
• Actively promote food waste reduction and compostable collection for all dining facilities.
• Assist with organizing and communicating local and sustainable luncheons or dinners as part of the sustainable development goals integration.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong understanding and desire to communicate via social media.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Access.
