About the role

PwC's operations consulting specialists and capital programmes excellence teams provide consulting services to optimise operational efficiency and enhance capital programme management. Senior Managers in these roles advise clients on enhancing their business approaches, fostering operational excellence, and delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Work with diverse teams to solve intricate challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of experience
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Finance, Finance & Technology preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE), AACEI, CMAA, or PMI
  • Experience in capital project solutions
  • Leading large teams in delivering complex projects
  • Managing project performance to meet client expectations
  • Distingushing complex data into clear messaging
  • Leveraging technology and automation in work execution
  • Developing insights on key industry trends
  • Experience in asset intensive industries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Finance, Finance & Technology preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE), AACEI, CMAA, or PMI

  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities
  • Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback
  • Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging and uncertain situations
  • Deepen and evolve your expertise with a focus on staying relevant
  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
  • Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
