Sustainability Analyst (Level III / Senior)

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of ESG topics, reporting frameworks, and emerging regulations to support business decision-making and sustainability strategy
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advance sustainability initiatives, disclosures, and operational priorities
• Analyze sustainability performance data, track progress against goals, and develop insights for internal and external reporting
• Identify ESG-related risks, opportunities, and data needs in collaboration with business partners and subject-matter experts
• Develop and enhance sustainability processes, policies, and internal controls to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling materials for internal leaders and external stakeholders
• Conduct research and peer benchmarking to inform strategy, planning, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience (Analyst III) or 7+ years of experience (Senior) in sustainability, EHS, policymaking, audit, internal controls, or a related field
• Preferred Experience: Sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure frameworks, Policy development and internal controls design, Project management or cross-functional initiative leadership, Exposure to investor relations or external stakeholder engagement

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively
