Responsibilities
- Craft freshly prepared sushi and contribute to other menu items in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Work closely with culinary partners to deliver quality dishes that enhance the Cactus Club Cafe experience.
- Grow your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and contribute to unforgettable guest moments.
Requirements
- 1-2 years as a Sushi Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant (preferred but not required).
- Passionate about food and dedicated to producing high-quality sushi and fresh menu items.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to expand your culinary abilities.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports others.
- Organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role.
