Sushi Cook - Mid Level | PM Shifts
About the Role
This culinary position is primarily night shifts, with the majority of shifts starting at 2pm (subject to change based on business demands). The role requires good communication skills and at least 1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Cook, including basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and intermediate sushi preparation and cooking skills
- Work multiple kitchen stations with moderate supervision and training
- Maintain open availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- 3 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Valid Food Handlers License preferred
