Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Greets customers with a smile and addresses them by name when possible.
• Aids customers by escorting them to products, securing items, loading/unloading heavy items, and passing along customer suggestions or requests.
• Takes customer orders and answers the phone, providing friendly and helpful service.
• Works with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Reviews orders, maintains cleanliness, and prepares/replenishes products as necessary.
• Removes trash and adheres to company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification.
• Six months or more of similar or related experience.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
• Visual requirements including depth perception and field of vision.
• Physical abilities to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.

• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
• Write identifying information.
• Perform simple addition and subtraction.
• Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures.
