Sushi Chef
About the role
As a sushi expert on our culinary team, you’ll be involved with menu creation and rolling sushi for Epic staff, customers, and guests. Sushi served in our specialty venue, Chopsticks, has been well received, and we're excited to expand our offerings to more culinary venues across our campus.
Responsibilities
- Craft and carry out the sushi menu using fresh, quality ingredients
- Serve as a mentor for others on the team as they learn the art and technique of sushi preparation
- Expand our sushi offerings to additional culinary venues across our campus
- Contribute to the unique cuisines of countries throughout Southeast Asia, showcasing other areas of knowledge in international cuisine
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sushi preparation experience
- International experience preferred, but not required
- Fine dining, large-volume experience preferred
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
