Surveyor (Newtown, PA)

Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc., an award-winning, multi-disciplinary engineering firm, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our company as a Surveyor in Newtown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of survey projects
• Conducting field surveys (boundary, topographic, and construction surveys)
• Prepare legal descriptions
• Adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

• Must be a Professional Land Surveyor in PA
• Capable of performing, reviewing, and certifying Boundary, Topographic, Construction, and As-Built surveys
• Familiarity with conducting surveys using PennDOT standards is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and MicroStation is desirable
• Proficient using Total Station, Robotics, GPS, RTK, and other survey equipment
• Experience performing hydrographic surveys is desirable
