We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "WHAT WE OFFER" (benefits), "THE POSITION", "DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS", "PAYROLL TITLES AND APPROXIMATE SALARIES", "Examples Of Duties", "Typical Qualifications", "Necessary Special Requirements", "DESIRED", "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES", "SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION", "Recruitment Process". We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. The text includes many specifics. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can also use other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those standard headings, but we can also use other headings if they match content? Probably we should map content to those headings where appropriate. But we can also create headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. However we must include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections we have substantive content for. We have benefits: educational incentive, bilingual incentive, vacation accrual, flexible workweek/telework, vacation redemption, sick leave, deferred compensation, health plans, flexible spending accounts, pension plan, holidays, additional benefits. That's substantive. So we can have a Benefits section. Pay: we have payroll titles and approximate salaries (biweekly ranges). That's substantive. So Pay section. Schedule: we have flexible workweek/telework schedule mentioned under benefits; but schedule specifics? Not explicit schedule like typical hours. Could include under Benefits or maybe Schedule section if we have info: "Flexible Workweek/Telework Schedule: We support a work/life balance by offering compressed work (e.g., 9/80 or 4/10 workweek) and remote hybrid telework schedules for some positions". That's schedule info. So we could have a Schedule section. About the role: we have description of position under "THE POSITION" and "DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS". That's about role. Responsibilities: we have "Examples Of Duties" for Surveyor I/II and Surveyor III/IV. That's responsibilities. Requirements: we have "Typical Qualifications", "Necessary Special Requirements", "DESIRED", "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES". Those could be split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps combine into Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (maybe same), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications? But we can incorporate qualifications into Requirements. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is Surveyor I/II/III/IV? Not to repeat. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting within the sections. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Thus we need to extract details and put them in appropriate sections. Let's outline: Section About the role (

    About the role

): include description from "THE POSITION" and "DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS". Possibly also mention that positions are represented by VEA and not eligible for overtime. That's also role info. We'll put paragraphs. Section Responsibilities (

    Responsibilities

): include the duties lists for Surveyor I/II and Surveyor III/IV. Use
    • for each duty. Section Requirements (

      Requirements

): include Typical Qualifications (education/experience per level), Necessary Special Requirements, DESIRED (maybe as desired qualifications), and KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES. Could be split into sub-sections? But we can just list as
      • items. But we need to avoid too thin sections; maybe combine all into Requirements. Section Benefits (

        Benefits

): list all benefits from WHAT WE OFFER. Section Pay (

        Pay

): include payroll titles and approximate salaries. Section Schedule (

        Schedule

): include flexible workweek/telework schedule info. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have content.
