• SRVO • £27,000–£30,000 dependent on experience • Hybrid – Sheffield / Remote
Role Overview
This is an opportunity to join a growing property services consultancy in a role that sits at the heart of how the business operates. As Surveying Administrator, you’ll provide hands-on support to the surveying team and wider business – keeping projects on track, clients well-served and processes running efficiently.

- Manage multiple tasks at once, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and take ownership of your work without waiting to be directed.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across CRM data, documentation and client correspondence – and to flag and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Play a key role in supporting the ISO 9001:2015 quality system – an important part of how SRVO demonstrates its commitment to service excellence.

- Clients receive accurate, timely responses and feel well looked after.
- The CRM is accurate, up to date and a reliable source of information for the team.
- Surveyors can focus on their work because the admin around them runs smoothly.
- You proactively spot issues, suggest improvements and follow through on actions.
- The quality system is maintained to a high standard and audit-ready at all times.
How You'll Spend Most of Your Time
- Answering calls and enquiries, producing proposals and reports, and resolving client queries.
- Managing and updating the CRM system – creating opportunities, projects and invoices, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinating inspection schedules and diary management for the surveying team.
- Tracking and following up on quotations to support forecasting and business development.
- Preparing data and reports to support senior management decision-making.
- Identifying process improvements and helping to implement them.
- Supporting the QA director and consultant with ISO 9001:2015 quality system administration and compliance monitoring.

Experience That Helps
- Previous experience working with a CRM or sales management system.
- Background in property management, building surveying or a similar professional services environment.
- Experience assisting with business development or managing client relationships.
- Ability to work with data and produce useful analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality system administration or a relevant qualification.
