Rentals
- Engage with the latest Trimble technologies to ensure each unit is optimized and ready for field deployment.
- Cook with rental requests with customers and the sales team via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage rental tracking using Microsoft Business Central.
- Execute pre-rental inspections and quality assurance testing for all outgoing equipment kits.
- Perform post-rental inspections on all returned equipment, identifying and documenting any issues or damages.
- Oversee the entire shipping and receiving process for all rental gear.
New Equipment Sales
- Embrace the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art geospatial tools and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure all company QA/QC measures are followed and achieved, including loading operating systems, software, firmware, system files, preset settings, and licenses on appropriate devices.
- Test all equipment to ensure it is fully functional and ready for use upon receipt by the customer.
- Work closely with our sales and operation teams to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved.
Other Duties And Responsibilities
- Support our mission to lead in geospatial excellence by assisting in operations and customer interactions with professionalism and technical expertise.
- Resolve a variety of technical issues for walk-in clients, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
- Work closely with our operation and supply teams to achieve inventory compliance and maintain inventory control.
Requirements
- Experience with Trimble survey, construction, or MGIS products and software is essential.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience is required.
- Passion for technology and innovation is highly valued.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Ability to speak in a professional manner and communicate well via phone, email or in person.
- Computer Literate – MS Office preferred.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting all weekly and monthly goals.

- Computer Skills/Equipment Used: General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine), scanner, and calculator.
- Computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
- Forklift pallets in warehouse, load and unload delivery trucks.
