About the role

Rinker Design Associates, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Survey CADD Technician to play a pivotal role in bringing survey data to life through precision drafting. You will help shape the future of our communities by turning data into visual representations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Transform Data into Design: Produce preliminary and final maps and drawings using various software platforms with quality, accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity of work.
• Build Relationships and Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure that every design meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Field Survey Data Processing and Management: Assist with and perform basic field survey data processing such as note reductions for as-builts, location and topographic mapping, as well as data and file management.

What You'll Need

• Degree: High School Diploma or greater, prefer BS/BA.
• Experience: 3-5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Technical Savvy: MicroStation.
• Organized and Driven: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
