Survey Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist with land surveying fieldwork and collect accurate site measurements
• Prepare survey drawings, plats, and mapping documents using Civil 3D/AutoCAD software
• Conduct research and review legal descriptions
• Process field data and maintain precise records for project deliverables
• Coverage with surveyors, engineers, and project teams on active assignments
• Support boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys as needed

Requirements

• Associate degree in surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on surveying experience, including field surveying work such as collecting site measurements, processing field data, or supporting construction staking work
• Familiarity with Civil 3D for survey drawings, plats, and mapping deliverables
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, and construction staking survey workflows
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience coordinating with surveyors, engineers, and project teams is a plus

• Some extended travel may be required occasionally, including overnight stays.
