Survey Technician

About the role

The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey crew assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of-way acquisition, transportation, and construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment as a member of a survey crew
• Assist in the performance of various types of surveys
• Utilize the latest equipment and surveying technology
• Be able to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• A valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience helpful but not necessary

Skills

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and technology
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, crawling, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
