About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and testing new applications. Must have strong programming skills and experience with agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes through the adoption of agile methodologies.
- Perform code reviews and participate in code refactoring to maintain code quality and efficiency.
- Participate in regular stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
