R. Joe Harris & Associates, Inc., is seeking a motivated Survey Rodman to join our survey team. This role is great for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in land surveying while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology.
• Set up and operate survey instruments under the guidance of licensed surveyors.
• Collect and record accurate measurements and data points.
• Ensure survey operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm to learn and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of surveying principles and equipment preferred but not required.
• Willingness to grow and develop within the field of land surveying.
