Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
