About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying new applications. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying new applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
