About the Opportunity

At Parametrix, we're always looking to connect with talented survey professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and building the infrastructure that strengthens our communities. Whether you're an experienced Survey Technician, Field Surveyor, LSIT, Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), or Project Surveyor, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys
• Construction staking and construction support
• Control networks and monument recovery
• Utility and roadway improvement projects
• Right-of-way and as-built surveys
• Records research, legal descriptions, and boundary analysis
• Survey data processing and drafting
• UAV, laser scanning, and emerging survey technologies
• Project planning, client coordination, and mentoring junior staff

Requirements

• Experience in land surveying, field operations, office surveying, or project management
• Familiarity with modern survey equipment and technology, including GPS, robotic total stations, scanners, drones, and related software
• Experience with survey processing and CAD software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
• LSIT and/or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure is valued for many roles but is not required for every opportunity
