Survey Manager
Responsibilities
- Setting up stakeouts for the survey crew
- Creating stakeout topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes
- Proficient in AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, version 2015 or greater
- Writing metes and bounds descriptions
- Property and deed research
- Preparation of cut sheets
- Setting up field crew with all information of the proposed site
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the survey industry
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD by Autodesk and Civil 3D, version 2015 or later
- Hands-on experience with construction stakeout for survey projects
- Ability to create boundary and ALTA survey drawings from field notes
- Proficiency in writing metes and bounds descriptions
- Ability to perform property and deed research to support survey work
- Competence in preparing cut sheets and related construction documentation
Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Trenton, NJ.
Pay
Pay range: $43.26 - $57.69 per hour. Individual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
