We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have overview, duties, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We should not repeat job title. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have overview (company description) maybe "About the role" or "Overview". Could use "About the role" heading. Then "Responsibilities". Then "Qualifications" (includes education/experience, certificates). Then "Skills" maybe list of software etc. Benefits: posting mentions "We offer a competitive compensation package, family friendly benefits, a collaborative working environment, and the training, mentoring and resources you need to advance in your career." That's benefits content. So include Benefits section. Pay: not specified, so omit. Schedule: not specified, omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. Also remove "Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment." That's maybe part of qualifications? It's a condition but not a duty/requirement? Could be included under Qualifications as a requirement? Might be considered a condition but we can keep as part of Qualifications? It's not a skill but a requirement. However it's generic boilerplate; but it's a condition of employment. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not EEO but it's a condition; maybe keep? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a standard condition. Might be okay to keep under Qualifications as "Other requirements". However we should avoid filler. It's specific: "Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position." That's specific to the job. I'd include under Qualifications as a bullet. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits. Let's extract: Overview: "Join us as we Rise to the Challenge At KCI, we’re building an enduring community that provides unparalleled value to our employee-owners. We make our mark designing and delivering our world-class solutions, so we invest deeply in supporting and developing our team. We reward integrity and commitment, and when we do well, you do well. Our employees have the freedom to innovate, unlimited growth, a voice that matters, a lifestyle that works, and skin in the game. Achievements are shared and celebrated. As a team, we are motivated to better ourselves, each other, and the world around us. The Company KCI Technologies, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned engineering, consulting and construction firm serving clients throughout the United States. KCI is recognized as an industry leader, employing cutting-edge technologies, management practices and strategic growth initiatives. Employee ownership fosters an entrepreneurial spirit, encourages technical expertise, and shapes strategic planning. KCI is currently ranked #56 on Engineering News-Record’s list of the Top 500 design firms in the nation. Kci Benefits Information We offer a competitive compensation package, family friendly benefits, a collaborative working environment, and the training, mentoring and resources you need to advance in your career. We understand that you have choices, and we know that together we will make a great team! KCI is committed to building a diverse and inclusive staff, and we encourage women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities to apply. KCI Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status." We need to remove EEO boilerplate. So we can keep the overview up to before EEO. Also remove "Kci Benefits Information" maybe it's a heading but we will create Benefits section. Duties, Responsibilities & Other: list of duties. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications: list of qualifications. Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Required: list. Certificates, Licenses, And/or Registrations Required: list. Certificates, Licenses, And/or Registrations Preferred: list. Pre-employment drug screening etc. We need to avoid duplication. Some content repeats: e.g., Microstation, Geopak, Autocad Civil 3D appear both in Ideal Candidate and Qualifications. We should keep but not duplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep all details, even if repeated? Might be okay to keep as is but could be considered duplication. However we can keep them as they appear in different contexts; but we could combine to avoid repetition but that would be summarizing. Safer to keep as they appear, but we can avoid repeating identical sentences by merging? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. It doesn't forbid repeating content. But "Preserve ALL substantive information" suggests we should keep everything, not remove duplicates unless they are boilerplate. Duplicates are substantive; we could keep them. However to keep output clean, we might combine similar items but risk losing nuance. I'd keep them as separate bullet points under appropriate sections; duplicates may appear but it's okay. Let's structure:

We should also include "Preference will be given to RPLS candidates." That's a qualification/skill. Could add under Skills or Qualifications. Let's add under Qualifications as a bullet: "Preference will be given to RPLS candidates." Also "The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications Should be fluent in the use of Microstation with Geopak and Autocadd Civil 3D and familiar with State mapping standardsPossess a passion for building client relationships, marketing engineering and surveying services and an ability to manage staffMicrostation, Geopak, Autocadd Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Products, Trimble Business Center a plusAbility to prepare proposals, cost estimates, plats, legal descriptions and sketches, roadway databases, topographic surveys, compute survey data, etcLicensed RPLS, other survey registrations a plus". We captured many. Check for duplication: we have "Microstation, Geopak, Autocad Civil 3D" appears both in Skills bullet and also in Qualifications bullet "Proficiency in CAD software and survey-related tools." That's okay. Now ensure we didn't include Pay or Schedule sections. We removed EEO boilerplate. Also removed "KCI is committed to building a diverse and inclusive staff
