Survey Manager
Responsibilities
- Setting up stakeouts for the survey crew
- Creating stakeout topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes
- Writing metes and bounds descriptions
- Performing property and deed research
- Preparing cut sheets
- Setting up field crew with all information for the proposed site
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the survey industry
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD by Autodesk and Civil 3D, version 2015 or later
- Hands-on experience with construction stakeout for survey projects
- Ability to create boundary and ALTA survey drawings from field notes
- Proficiency in writing metes and bounds descriptions
- Ability to perform property and deed research to support survey work
- Competence in preparing cut sheets and related construction documentation
Pay
The pay range for this position is $43.26 – $57.69 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Schedule
This is a Contract-to-Hire position based in Princeton, NJ. The role is fully onsite. The position is anticipated to close on November 2, 2026.
