Survey & Install Guide Coordinator
About the Role
The Survey & Install Guide Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, validating, and coordinating survey documentation and installation guides to ensure projects are accurate, complete, and ready for execution. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and installation partners by identifying potential issues before installation, ensuring all project documentation meets quality standards, and supporting successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate site surveys, measurements, drawings, floor plans, and site photographs for accuracy and completeness
- Interpret project documentation to ensure installation guides align with customer and project requirements
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential installation challenges, escalating concerns when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal departments, external customers, and installation partners to resolve documentation issues and maintain project timelines
- Prepare and update installation guides and presentation materials using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to support efficient project execution
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and required actions to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful installations
- Provide after-hours support for escalations during overnight installations, as business needs require
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong ability to review, interpret, and validate measurements, technical drawings, floor plans, and site images
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential installation concerns
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and external installation partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint skills
Pay
The pay range for this role is $65,000–$80,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
