About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing teams, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project teams and ensure quality standards are met
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid
- Knowledge of building codes and local regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
