What You'll Do
- Lead and guide survey efforts, providing solutions for complex tasks and supporting less experienced staff
- Draft and prepare survey maps, as-built drawings, surface models, and lot grading plans
- Research independently and ensure compliance with company CADD standards
- Prepare boundary, subdivision, and easement plats
- Process topographic and location surveys
- Assist with cut sheets, grade sheets, and surface models
- Organize and create survey exhibits
- Prepare and deliver survey data for field crews
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
