The Survey Crew Chief oversees a team of surveyors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating with clients and other departments, and maintaining high-quality surveying standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the survey crew
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain high standards of surveying accuracy and efficiency
• Train and mentor junior surveyors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in GIS software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with survey equipment and instruments
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and standards

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in project management tools

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
