Survey Crew Chief

Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys
• Prepare Surface Modeling
• Review all Survey work
• Perform Construction Stakeout
• Maintain proficiency on regulations and standards

Requirements

• Land surveying expertise
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys
• Proficiency in projects involving site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Details

This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in Edison, NJ. The position is anticipated to close on November 2, 2026.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
