Primary Responsibilities
- Keep up with current technology and changes to the software programs used.
- Perform calculations for field crews and mapping as needed.
- Analyze deeds and research materials for the production of the survey.
- Utilize FDOT or DRMP checklist throughout the performance of each project.
- Extracting linework and features from point clouds utilizing TopoDot software.
- Willingness to learn.
Requirements
- FDOT experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive technical knowledge of CADD systems; including MicroStation, Geopak, ORD, Civil 3D, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and working efficiently and accurately are necessary.

Qualifications
- Experience with MicroStation, Openroads, Utility, and Scan Extraction.
Skills
- Knowledge of surveying and mapping principles.
