Survey Cad Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver precise survey work products.
• Conduct field surveys using advanced survey equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and engineers.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating, updating, and editing survey drawings, including plats, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and ALTA surveys.
• Import and process raw survey field data from GPS and total stations to create accurate drawings and surface models.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Strong analytical skills.

Skills

• Field to finish experience is a plus.
• Experience in drafting, design, topography, topographic surveys, and land surveying.
• Opportunity to pursue the LSIT/RLS pathway for career advancement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
