Surveillance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed‑circuit television system for criminal activities, violations of state lottery and gaming commission regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Operate monitor‑room equipment.
• Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.
• Supervise department team members on procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
• Maintain thorough working knowledge of all table games.
• Maintain thorough working knowledge of all gaming and non‑gaming departments.
• Report all violations and suspicious activity to management.
• Review surveillance department actions, personnel, and processes with Surveillance Management.
• Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in casino surveillance, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
