Surveillance Security Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS. The role requires sharp observation skills and attention to detail to monitor screens, spot threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Supervise the 3rd Shift Team
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years of Security Supervisor experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

Full-Time, 3rd Shift, 8:45pm - 5:15am (Tuesday – Saturday)
