Surveillance Security - Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Supervisor with sharp observation skills and attention to detail to oversee security operations and ensure policies are followed.

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Supervisor, you will monitor security systems, supervise officers on your shift, and respond to incidents or potential threats. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Supervise officers on your shift to ensure policies are followed
• Report problems to the Manager and document observed events and incidents in detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Security supervisor background
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.75 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3rd shift (12 a.m. to 8 a.m.).
