Surveillance Security - Site Lead

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Site Lead, you will monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity, document incidents, respond quickly, conduct patrols, control access, analyze systems for vulnerabilities, collaborate with law enforcement, and ensure the safety of individuals and property in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Previous experience in the security industry
• Experience in a leadership role
• Military or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.90 / hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
