Surveillance Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Ambassador with sharp observation skills and attention to detail to monitor security systems and detect threats before they escalate.

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Ambassador, you will work in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses, spotting and responding to potential threats.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.54 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• State driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle

Qualifications

Preferred experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
